Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Vallalar Homecare Services, concerning your access to and use of the VHS mobile application. You agree that by accessing the application, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not access or use the application for any purpose other than that for which we make the application available. As a user of the application, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the application to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorized use of the application, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the application.
3. Third-Party Services
The VHS application incorporates third-party services to enhance its functionality, including Google APIs.
Google API Services
By utilizing the Google Contact Synchronization features within the VHS app, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The VHS app assumes no responsibility for data managed by third-party infrastructure beyond our direct control.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
